This organic stripe pattern is created with a traditional Shibori (Japanese tie dye) technique. The fabric is hand stitched and dyed in a bath where it absorbs color in all but the stitched portion. Only once unraveled can you see the true beauty of the print revealed. Due to the handmade process each pillow is truly one of a kind.

These handcrafted pillows are made in Bangalore, India by women from marginalized backgrounds. The artisans are paid a living wage and the studio has a strong focus on creating a healthy work environment.
